- Guess the weight of the cake - the cake weighed 2lb 7oz and the winner was Bob Casey
- Flea treatment for one year - quick questionnaire with the frontline rep - Miss Susan Lowther
then in the raffle
- £100 and champagne - Mrs Stockting
- Free horse riding lesson and wormer - Mrs Wadsworth
- Free dog/cat food and £10 Kong goodies - Mrs Jorgensen
- Camping chairs - Mrs K Asals
We would like to thank everyone who took part and helped raise the money for CPL and Pettifor Trust. Thank you Will and Rachel for allowing the public to soak you both. Thank you Cats Protection League and Pettifor Trust for bringing your stalls and thank you Gemma, Ceri, Rachel, Amelia, Lauren and Sarah for keeping everyone entertained. Also thank you to anyone who donated and provided props etc for the open day.
The cake stalls went down a treat, we managed to sell every cake, and would like to thank Mrs Thomas, Mrs Banscherus and Rachel (nurse) for baking the cakes.
The Kong stall also went well, the stock is still 20% less than RRP so if people missed out, they can still come to the surgery and pick up a bargain toy.
We hope the back of the surgery was enjoyed, We understand how hard it is leaving a pet at the surgery, but hopefully, seeing how we work and how clean and modern the surgery is will ease any worry of their well-being "backstage".
